Recently renovated with a fresh contemporary design, this stunning villa is nestled in the heart of the Vilamoura resort. It boasts a private swimming pool (10x5m, depths ranging from 1.05 to 2.30m) and a separate children’s pool (3m diameter, 50cm deep), all set within a spacious 1.500m2 garden.

Perfectly positioned right next to the golf course, the villa is just 2 km from Vilamoura’s bustling Marina. The property features five double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning. Three bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms (comprising walk-in shower, basin, bidet, and WC), while the remaining two share a modern shower room (shower cubicle, basin, WC).

The villa’s open-plan design encompasses a cozy living area with a wood-burning stove and a dining section, both equipped with air conditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast area, also with air conditioning. Outside, the expansive garden offers seating and sun loungers, a built-in barbecue, and a terrace with a dining table and chairs.

Situated in a tranquil section of Vilamoura, the villa offers easy access to nearby shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. For those seeking vibrant nightlife, the Marina is just a 25-minute walk away.

The spacious open-plan living area comprises a comfortable seating area with sofas, a wood-burning stove, and satellite TV. Adjacent is a dining area with a large table and seating for 12 guests. Glass doors open onto a covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, with direct access to the garden and pool. On one wing of the living space, you’ll find the five bedrooms (three doubles and two twins), all with air conditioning. On the opposite wing, the well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast area opens onto another covered terrace.

Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 300,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
