This modern villa is situated in the resort of Vilamoura, with its own private swimming pool (10x5m – Dephs 1,05 x 2,30m) and Children’s pool (3m diameter; 50cm deep) and large garden (1.500m2).

In a marvelous location, right on the Pinhal Golf Course and just 2 km from the centre of the superb resort of Vilamoura (Marina)The villa has 5 double bedrooms all with air conditioning: 3 of them with ensuite bathroom (bath/shower over; basin, bidet, WC) and the other 2 share a shower room (shower cubicle; basin, WC), another shower room (shower cubicle; basin, WC) near the kitchen.

The open plan living space has a living area with wood burning stove and a dining area with air conditioning. A very well equipped kitchen with breakfast area with air conditioning.There is a large garden with seating and sun loungers overlooking the pool. Built-in barbecue, Terrace with table and chairs for outside dining. The villa has parking spaces.
In a very calm and peaceful area of Vilamoura but it’s easy to walk to nearby shops, supermarket and the restaurants and bars.Marina is 25 minutes walk distance.
ACCOMMODATION:
All on ground floor: Open plan living space has a living area with sofas, wood burning stove, satellite TV and a dining area with large table and chairs for 12 persons, (with air conditioning) with glass doors open onto a covered terrace for those al fresco meal, with access to garden and swimming pool.
On one side of the living space, you will find 5 bedrooms (3 with double bed and 2 twin). All with air conditioning.
On the other side of the living space, you will find, well equipped kitchen with breakfast area, with glass door open onto a covered terrace with built-in barbecue, small room with ensuite shower room (shower cubicle; basin, WC) (with air conditioning).

NOTE:We offer long-term accommodations for low season between October and March. Please contact us for an individual offer.

Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Sofa-bed can be provided upon request with extra charge of 150,00€/week
Heating not included with extra charge of 200€/week.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
