This stone house is built on huge boulders, In the heart of the country side near historical village Sta Maria do Bouro with most facilities, with small shops and a fantastic restaurant. The house enjoys the advantages of a village location and yet its outlook is across a picturesque landscape of open fields and vineyards, with hillside visible in the distance. Natural Park of Peneda Geres is only at 25km.

Just a few kms from the town of Braga and from the small town of Póvoa de Lanhoso, full of traditions and charm, rich of natural beauties, and remarkable series of monuments representing various periods. The diversity of the natural landscape and the influences received for centuries are elements that generate the multiplicity of astronomical specialities of this region, its obligatory taste them. The restaurants serve excellent meals at very good prices. But if you want stay home you can order a meal to the owner of the house (only have to advise day before).
There is a 170 hectare adventure park (diver Lanhoso) 14 km away where you can do rafting, kayaking, canoeing and rock climbing.
The nearby town of Vieira do Minho is just 16km away and located in the vicinity is the Ermal Dam as well as the beautiful Lake Caniçada, which is part of Peneda –Geres Nacional Park, an area of spectacular and rugged beauty, a wealth of interesting botanical and wildlife species as well as remote villages where life change little in centuries.
It is a ideal spot for both water sports and mountain activities, and in Rio Caldo there is a wilde range of facilities and equipment available for hire.
The Caniçada Lake is large and warm with several sheltered inlets and beaches making an ideal for waterskiing, canoeing and swimming or just quietly exploring and walks…

Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 300,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
