Delightful private pool (12m x 6m – Dephs:1m-2.20m) and tennis court and living area with snooker table and table cards, cloakroom, creates the most peaceful and tranquil setting for holidays inviting you to wonderful leisure time in contact with nature.
The outside area near the pool is really fantastic, with a open well equipped kitchenette with all facilities and barbecue.
The inside is cosy and comfortably furnished with a fantastic outside terrace with table for dining al fresco.
There are also local attractions such as the lively local town of Marco de Canavezes with its Roman ruins. Should not miss the opportunity to visit the historic city of Porto( 45 minutes, by car) with its beautiful old riverside quarter and renowned Port-wine cellars or take a boat trip on the Douro river, or spend a day on one of several sunny ocean beaches.
NOTE: Swimming pool only available since April till October.

Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Heating not included with extra charge of 220€/week.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
