Quinta do Portinho is situated in the border of the Tâmega river, with its own little quay, completely privacy, surrounded by lawned garden, pines, oaks, chest trees and vineyards (with production of Vinho Verde), creates the most peaceful and tranquil setting for holidays inviting you to wonderful leisure time in contact with nature.

Nearby attractions include the lively local town of Marco de Canavezes with its Roman ruins and further a field a visit to the historic city of Porto (45 minutes by car), with its beautiful old riverside quarter and renowned Port-wine cellars is a must see. Boat trips are also available on the famous Douro river. Not to forget the several sandy beaches!!

First house (all on ground floor):
Sitting/dining rooms,TV , fire place and doors to the balcony with view over the river; well equipped kitchens; 4 bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds,1double bed with en-suite bathroom, 2 with twin beds , complete bathroom.
Second house: ground floor, sitting/dinning room, tv, fire place, and door to the fornished terrace with superb views over the river.
First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 twin and 1 double with en-suite bathroom, 1 cloakroom.
Outside covered area with built-in barbecue; stone table and benches.

Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Heating not included with extra charge of 250€/week.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
