Compiled with beauty and tradition, there are also local attractions such as the lively local town of Marco de Canavezes (10km) with its Roman ruins, further afield the interesting tow of Amarante, (27km) a must for excellent shops, with good restaurants, museum and Golf course. Further still one should not miss the opportunity to visit the historic city of Porto, with its beautiful riverside quarter and renowned Port-wine cellars or take a boat trip on the Douro river.
Only 4 km from Mosteiro railway station with trains runing to Porto city.
ACCOMMODATION:
All on ground floor: The living room is relaxing and comfortable, with fireplace and glass doors opening onto the outside area and poll; Dining room; the charming kitchen with breakfast area is modern and very well decorated and equipped as a door to the garden.
There are 4 double bedrooms: 1twin with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet; 2 double; and 1 twin; 1 shower room with toilet; 1 toilet. The pool area has a shower.
Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Heating not included with extra charge of 180€/week.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
