Further still one should not miss the opportunity to visit the historic city of Porto, with its beautiful old riverside quarters and renown Port Wine lodges.

Large and comfortable sitting/dining room with cable TV with glass doors to the garden and pool; well equipped kitchen with glass door to a covered and well furnished area for outside meals; toilet.
First Floor:
3 double bedroom (1 with double bed + 2 with twin beds) all with en suite shower room and toilet.

Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Central heating not included with extra charge of 280€/week.

Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 300,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
