This is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Portugal. Afife is an well preserved old fishermen’s village, situated in a rural location, by the sea. Near town of Caminha, Vila Nova de Cerveira and the historic town of Viana Do Castelo.
The old stone house has been renovated to create a lovely and perfect holiday home.
The interior décor and furnishings are elegant and high standard.
Spacious and comfortable living –dinning room, and door to the courtyard and garden with wooden table ,benches and barbecue where one can relax and dine alfresco. A very well equipped kitchen with large table and benches and salamander stove, door to the laundry and to the garden. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, down stairs the 2 double bedrooms and a complete bathroom.
Outside a beautiful garden, a private swimming poll, a place where one can relax and enjoy the peace of the countryside. Within 1km you can be on the beach.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with two twin beds, sharing complete bathroom-bath. shower over ,basin ,bidet ,wc ,heating—with views to the beautiful garden
First floor: very well equipped kitchen with salamander stove, laundry, open plan living dinning room and door to the courtyard and garden, master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bath, cubicle shower, double basin, bidet, wc)
Exterior:
Private swimming pool (8mx4m-1.5mdephs.) outdoor shower near swimming pool, terrace, garden ,mobile barbecue.
Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Heating not included with extra charge of 150€/week.

Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
