In Moledo and caminha beach there is surf school, bars and restaurants. Enchanting villages, art and history can all be found within easy reach.
Surrounded by beauty and tradition, there are also local attractions such as the lively local village of Vila Nova de Cerveira (art village) and fishing harbour of historical Caminha; excellent beaches at Afife and Vila Praia de Ancora, and further a-field the interesting local capital of Viana do Castelo, a must for excellent shops and restaurants. Further still one should not miss the opportunity to visit the historic city of Porto, with its beautiful old riverside quarters and renown Port Wine lodges.

Ground floor: Large and comfortable sitting/dining room with table seating 8 persons. Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. Large doors opening onto the outdoor terrace and pool area. Delightful views over the hills. Morden fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table. Door leading onto the garden and BBQ area.
Twin bedroom and double bedroom sharing a bathroom. Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Exterior: Ample sunbathing terrace and lawns surround the pool (8m x 4m – Depth 1.20 /1.30). Pool side shower and built-in BBQ. Car parking.

Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Heating not included with extra charge of 200€/week.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
