Situated only 2 kms from the Marina and lively centre where you can find numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The beaches, golf course and tennis courts are also extremely close by. This villa with 4 bedroom all with ensuite bathroom and A/C, is set on a 1300 sqmt garden plot, with a large grassed area, two swimming pools (1 adult and 1 child) and a terraced barbecue area.

Open plan with two lounge areas, a dining room with capacity for 10 people, large modern and well equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Laundry room and separate toilet.
Large swimming pool (12 x 6m; 0,90-2,20m depth ) with children’s pool (3m diameter; 50 cm depth); garden furniture. Built-in-barbecue.

Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
