Built in stone and keeping the local style “ CASA DO RECANTO” is a really stunning house. Enjoying views of the pretty countryside the surrounding mountains, the coast line offers all the peace and quiet to relax.
The white sand beach of “Vila Praia de Ancora” just 10 km away offering several restaurants and shops, you my also find a well known surfing beach in “Afife” (12 Km. away) and about 18 km away from the historical town of “Caminha” where you can catch a ferry to Spain (only 8 minutes from one side to the other). Golfing enthusiasts need only to drive 25 Km. to the nearest golf course in “Ponte de Lima” historical town.
The interior is decorated to a high standard and is elegantly furnished. To the front is a well decorated covered porch with a salamander stove, where french doors open into the large and spacious sitting and dinning room, with sofas, easy chairs, around a large fireplace, and a big dinning table.3 doors open wide one to the beautiful and well equipped kitchen with two exterior doors (one to the covered porch, the other to the garden); the second door to the leisure play area with snooker table and sofas: the third door opens to the large corridor who leave us to front door; 3 double bed rooms, 1 with ensuite bathroom and the other two with one complete bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to a first floor, a large corridor with too bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with double bed and 3 bunks, other with 2 twin beds and 4 built in bunks.
The spacious accommodation makes it an ideal choice for a large group of friends or two families sharing.
The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunity for exploring.

Ground-floor: Large sitting dinning room with fireplace and french windows to the garden and covered porch (with salamander stove); well equipped kitchen; sitting room with snooker and fireplace: large corridor with fireplace; 3 double bedrooms 1 with ensuit bathroom (bath, shower over, basin, bidet, wc) the others 2 shearing a bathroom (bath, shower over, basin, bidet, wc); sparet wc.
First Floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 with twin beds and 3 bunks with ensuite complete bathroom; other bedroom with twin beds, and bedroom with 4 built in bunks beds with a ensuite bathroom (bath, shower over, basin, bidet, wc).

EXTERIOR:
Private swimming pool with outside furniture and large garden.

Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Heating not included with extra charge of 200€/week.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
