Inviting and very stylish, this beautiful property sits in a lovely rural position, close to (Only 4 Km away) the town of Amarante a picturesque old riverside town whose walls are washed by the Tamega. Commanding far-reaching views across open countryside from its privileged hillside position. Amongst a wealth of charming, characterful features, offered by the house surely the most impressive is the exceedingly spacious, thoughtfully landscaped grounds which border the shaded terraces and enticing private swimming pool with Roman steps, which is 20m x 7m (depth 1m-2m).
The garden is spacious with lawn, pear trees, orange trees, vines, kiwis, hydrangeas, and roses. This welcoming external ambience carries seamlessly through to the interior which is very tastefully furnished and adorned with eye-catching features.The accommodation is tastefully decorated and is divided between three separate buildings grouped around the courtyard. The first of these is called the Main House.
ACCOMMODATION:
On the ground floor of this is a sitting room, with comfortable seating for four, a TV and a fireplace; of this room is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Stairs rise to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. These two bedrooms share a covered terrace overlooking the mountains.The very well equipped kitchen is in a separate building across the courtyard; with shower room and toilet. There is also a table to seat 10 out on the covered terrace.
FOR LARGE GROUP: The main house is linked to the Guest’s Cottage by a covered walkway. Here there are two twin bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom; one of these bedrooms has a two seater sofa and a child’s bed as well, that can be added on request, at an extra charge.

Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Heating not included with extra charge of 300€/week.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 300,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
