Inviting and very stylish, this beautiful property sits only 10 minutes walk from the blue flag beach of Anção.Very well equipped and comfortably furnished, is certainly a more than comfortable holiday base.The living area is very thoughtfully designed, flowing easily from one room to the next with an abundance of natural light making the house airy and welcoming. All bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning are bright, modern and comfortably furnished. Well equipped kitchen. 2 large partly covered terraces, one with large table perfect location for breakfast or for dinning al fresco and the other with large living area.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 300,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
