This is a light and airy house. The spacious living/dining room is comfortably furnished, with an open plan kitchen to one side and large glass doors leading to the shaded terrace (with large built-in barbecue),
The very well equipped kitchen also opens onto the terrace providing convenient access, the perfect location for breakfast or for dinning al fresco. For added comfort each of the four bedrooms with ensuite shower room, has air conditioning and all are decorated in fresh colours with the use of tasteful fabrics.
Ingeniously designed to take full advantage of such a prestigious position, the property’s grounds are likely to become a favoured location for guest. Surrounded by beauty and tradition, there are many local attractions, and modern activities on offer such as water sports on Douro river, further a-field Caldas de Aregos, with a SPA of sulphur waters (excellent for rheumatisms and other diseases).
Close-by there is the Mosteirô train station which will take you to Pinhão (Douro Valley) and Porto city.
Further still one should not miss the opportunity to visit the historical Porto city with its beautiful riverside quarters, renowned Port-wine cellars or a boat trip on the Douro river.

Low level: The living/dining room is relaxing and very comfortable, with a fireplace, air conditioning and glass doors opening onto the outside shaded terrace with BBQ, the kitchen is modern and very well equipped.
Ground floor: There are 2 double bedrooms with A/C and ensuite shower room with toilet. One of them with river views.
First floor: There are 2 double bedrooms with overhead window, A/C and ensuite shower room with toilet.

Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Heating not included with extra charge of 200€/week.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
