Recently renovated, this spacious, bright and sunny apartment has a prime location 100 meters from the sandy beach “Três Irmãos”, providing a superb view over the sea/beach, the “Serra de Monchique” (Monchique Range) and the “Ria de Alvor” (Nature Reserve). Every day, there is a unique and breathtaking sunset.
This apartment is located nearby:
– Beach “Três Irmãos”, a 3.5 km long sandy beach surrounded by impressive cliffs;
– “Ria do Alvor”, a natural reserve ideal for kite surf lovers;
– 18-hole Pestana Alto Golf (10 min drive) and the first 18-hole in Algarve – Penina Golf Course (15 min drive);
– Alvor, a former fishing village within 20 min walking distance, providing a variety of facilities (restaurants, bars, shops, discos and big supermarket).
In addition, near the apartment you will find a supermarket (10 meters distance, available from March till November), and several beach restaurants within walking distance.
Located on the 9th floor, the interior has recently been fully furnished with an open-plan and well-equipped kitchen; dining/living area with glass doors to the balcony, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment has a minimalist beach house style and it’s fully equipped with TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, dish-washer, laundry machine, etc. The 3 bedrooms are very light welcoming and comfortable, with side-views over the sea and mountain. One double-room with ensuite bathroom (Cubicle shower, basin; toilet). One twin-room and another double-room share one bathroom (Cubicle shower, basin; toilet).
Private, open-air car parking available shared with remaining guests from Pestana Alvor Atlântico. No pets and smoking allowed in the apartment.
Location:
74 km (60 min) from Faro airport.
11 km (15 min) to Portimão and Praia da Rocha (all facilities, bars, restaurants, shops and casino).
20 km (25 min) to Lagos (all facilities, golf, beach, bars and restaurants).
Booking Policy:
– Booking confirmation upon pre-payment of 50% of total reservation cost within the first 48h.
– Full reservation payable 30 days prior to arrival.
– Refundable breakages deposit of 300€ is required before arrival, to be refunded up to 3 days after check-out (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
– Cot can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
– Any enquiries or complaints must be made directly to the owner.
– It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the apartment.

TURIST TAX PORTIMÃO
The tax, it is charged per person/night in all tourist establishments and local accommodation establishments, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay.
The tax applied to guest aged 13 years and older and is applied throughout the year according to the stipulated values:
– 1€ per night per person up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights stay/person, between November 1st and March 31st – Low season
– 2€ per night per person up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights stay/person, between April 1st and October 31st – High season
