The spacious house which is very comfortable and well equipped for holiday at any time of year. Within the grounds you will find a games room with table tennis; table football. Outside the extensive garden, with lawn and large private swimming pool (9x5m – Dephs 1,10×1,80m)

ACCOMMODATION:
Ground floor: Sitting room, with TV, table, sofas and fireplace and door open onto a covered terrace which offers both sun and shade for those al fresco meal and access to garden and swimming pool area.
On one side of the living room, you will find 2 bedrooms (one twin and other with trundle bed (single bed with second bed bellow) sharing a bathroom (with shower over bath, basin and toilet).
On the other side of the living room, you will find, separate toilet, Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower over bath, basin and toilet); double bedroom with ensuite shower room (with shower, basin and toilet).
First floor: dining room with large table and chairs for 12 persons, well equipped kitchen with door to the exterior.
Second floor: living room with TV and card game table.
With access from the outside area is a games room with football table, tennis table and shower room (shower; toilet; basin).

This property is an ideal base for exploring this area and especially the towns of Minho, so rich in history, like Braga with its opulent churches, Guimarães with its Castle and Douro Valley 250 thousand hectares of gorgeous emerald scenery, and of course a trip to the historic city of Porto should not be missed, with its beautiful riverside quarter and famous Port wine lodges

Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 300,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
