This spacious rustic stone house is a real gem, a perfect marriage of old and new. Surrounded by a large grounds with a forest of pines and oaks and with four hectares of vineyards producing the local “vinho verde”.
This recently restored house has been stylishly furnished by its caring owner’s, with central heating that should be required in very early or late season.
Comfortably furnished and flowing easily across one level, all bed rooms (with en suite shower room) with door open onto the garden with shaded terrace, with its private swimming pool just below.
Light and airy well equipped kitchen, door lead straight out to the terrace, offers shade on hot summer days provides the ideal place to enjoy al fresco meals.

Located in peaceful rural area and close to the historical town’s of Guimarães (6km) and Braga (15km) and only 1km from the Caldas das Taipas Thermal Spa (dating back to Roman times).
Only 30 minutes by car takes you the beautiful historical town of Vila do Conde with several beaches situated between the river and the sea, and to the lively resort town of Povoa do Varzim with beaches, golf courses and casino for those who like a flutter.
Not far away the beautiful beaches of Esposende and Ofir and further afield the interesting and beautiful town of Viana do Castelo, a must for excellent shops and restaurants.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
