First floor:4 bedrooms: 3 twins, 1 double. 2 Bathrooms (Bath, cubicle shower, WC, basin, bidet),ensuite bathroom, the other two served by a complete bathroom (basin, bidet, WC, bath, shower over)

Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Heating not included with extra charge of 250€/week.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 300,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
