This villa with 4 bedroom all with ensuite bathroom and A/C, is set on a 1300 sqmt garden plot, with a large grassed area, two swimming pools (1 adult and 1 child) and a terraced barbecue area.

Ground floor: 3 bedrooms – 1 with king bed; A/C; ensuite bathroom with double basin; bidet; shower over bath and toilet. 1 twin; A/C; ensuite bathroom with basin; bidet; shower over bath and toilet. 1 with twin; A/C; ensuite shower room with basin; bidet; shower and toilet.
Open plan with two lounge areas, a dining room with capacity for 10 people, large modern and well equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Laundry room and separate toilet.
Large swimming pool (12 x 6m; 0,90-2,20m depth ) with children’s pool (3m diameter; 50 cm depth); garden furniture. Built-in-barbecue.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 300,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting. It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.

"“Exactly As Described”"
What started as a rental for three adults ended with five adults and two children. The villa was well able to accommodate us all, with room to spare! It's in a great location, a five minute walk to the Hilton Hotel, a ten minute walk to a small Spar, a fifteen minute walk to a larger Intermarche mini market, and a twenty (or so) minute walk to the Marina. There's a small pool for the children and a larger one for adults (unheated). The owner/manager was very straightforward and very easy to deal with. We would certainly return!
